Professional Experience

Stephanie Carey is currently teaching Foundations of Engineering for the department. 

During 2002-03, she was a  Adjunct Math Instructor and taught Pre-Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, Trigonometry, and worked in math laboratory in the Front Range Community College in Boulder, CO.

In 2001-2003, she was a Systems Engineer for Peak Performance Technologies, Englewood, CO where she participated in technical support, customer training, software and hardware testing, documentation writing, product research and design for a motion analysis measurement video and computer system.

In 1996-2003, she was a research associate, responsible for data acquisition and analysis of Department of Defense and NIH Suspension Study involving the use of a harness to help persons with incomplete tetraplegia gait train with body weight support.  She conducted and analyzed gait evaluations, maintained and improved equipment.
