The 5-Year B.S/M.S. Program?

• The five-year BS/MS program is designed for students interested in obtaining an MS degree simultaneously with their B.S.

• 5 year students can use two of their graduate classes as electives in the undergraduate program, reducing graduation requirements by six credits. 

• Five year students will have the highest priority in being considered for RA/TA positions.

• Typically, a 5 year student will hold a ½ time TA appointment and a ½ RA appointment and will receive full tuition remission as well as a stipend for up to three semesters.

• But you do not need to be an RA/TA. Join the 5 year program and take advantage of the 6 credit hours reduction.
