Ashok Kumar receives NSF Award: Dr. Kumar, Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Center of MicroElectronics received an Early Career Faculty Development Program Award in Summer 2000.  This award is the highest honor given by the National Science Foundation to young university faculty in science and engineering.
