Autar Kaw was selected as the the 2004 Florida Professor of the Year Award by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement for Teaching (CFAT).  Read the press release from USF and CASE.

CASE selections for Professors of the Year are based on "extraordinary dedication to undergraduate teaching" as demonstrated by impact, involvement, scholarly approach to teaching and learning, contributions and support from colleagues and current and former students.
